2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
You may be eligible for a return/refund if:
- The product delivered does not match your order (wrong item).
- The product arrived in damaged condition (broken packaging, leakage, or contamination).
- The product was expired or close to expiry at the time of delivery.
Non-eligible cases:
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.

3. Reporting an Issue
- Customers must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Resolution Process
- Once we receive your complaint and proof, our team will investigate within 2–3 business days.

- Store credit equal to the product value
- Refund to the original payment method
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return/refund is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Kamalabhawan will bear the shipping cost.
